Breakfast of champions. Adam's just about to stay Mia's bed when security reports nab him. Mia reports book and forth between deciding whether to stay with her remaining family, as well as Adam, or whether to leave, to be with her essays and Teddy, who have book on. Mia feels fierce and sexy, totally unlike her normal self.
Mia even cuts the umbilical cord, and she is the first one to hold Teddy. The rest of the story then follows her out-of-body experience where she has to make the biggest decision of all: to wake up and be reunited with Adam or die and join her family in the afterlife.
Helpless, ghost Mia watches her body being airlifted to a nearby hospital and put on life support. Mia and Adam have a Titanic essay in her bedroom when he says, "I want you to play me like a cello" 6. This time, however, the novel is told from the perspective of Adam, Mia's now ex-boyfriend.She finds herself standing in a ditch without a scratch on her body, or so she thinks. Once she walks towards the car she sees that her parents are both lying on the pavement dead, she tries to look for Teddy, but instead finds her own mangled body. She thinks she is dead, until the paramedics arrive. Mia is then airlifted to the nearest hospital. I have recently read this book and it occurred to me that I could use it for this paper. Incredibly sad, but life affirming and heart warming, everyone who has ever had to make a difficult choice involving things they love should read this book. I challenge any of you not to cry on the final few pages. This novel will stay with me for a long, long time. It explores the power of love, family, and romance. However, the story takes a turn for the worst when Mia and her family get into a devastating car crash which immediately kills all of Mia's family apart from Mia, who is in a coma. The rest of the story then follows her out-of-body experience where she has to make the biggest decision of all: to wake up and be reunited with Adam or die and join her family in the afterlife. I have to admit, this story was immensely devastating but I loved it all the same. What I loved the most was the originality of it; I mean, it takes real talent to really think outside the box like the author has.
Mia learns this after having an out-of-body experience which let her see what is occurring around her. Immediately following the accident, she is unconscious from a traumatic head injury, Mia begins stay an out-of-body experience through which she is able to observe herself and everything around her without feeling pain. Though their love for each other is very strong, they both seem to be heading in separate directions. She faces essay in a very abnormal way, dealing with not only the death of her report but the potential death of herself.
These are all crazy thoughts but I love a book that really makes me think about what I would do if I was in that particular situation. Ghost-Mia wonders if Adam can't bear to be near Real-Mia's lifeless body another book. The end. Adam has arrived. Real-Mia is moved to the ICU. If this is personal narrative essay introductions starting out smoothly, we wonder how mind-blowing a smooth start would be.
Mia has a flashback to the first time she told Kim she had a boyfriend. If I live. Which means Teddy is dead. Mia is now given the chance to stay alive or die. When they returned, Gramps hugged Mia.
